Pre-Employment Requirements

The Hiring Process

  1. Application - submit your application either digitally or in person.

  2. Interview - interview with JETS hiring panel.

  3. Selection - applicants selected by the Executive Director 

  4. Identification Screening - turn in identification documentation & references

  5. Background Check Submission - HR submits the background check & contacts you.

  6. Fingerprinting - receive email from IdentoGo, schedule appointment.

  7. Hire Date - receive email from HR for Start Date.

Identification Screening

Please submit to Human Resources digital copies by email of your:

  1. Driver’s License,

  2. Social Security Card,

  3. Diploma(s) or GED,

  4. Any Transcripts or Certificates you might have. 

  5. 3 References

    1. ​Have 3 references fill out the reference form found here:

    2. You may text or email the form link to your references.


In order to attain a training start date all of the documents listed above must be turned in to JETS Human Resources.

Background Check Submission

  • Please fill the following form:

  • Once HR receives the form response, your background check will be submitted.

  • You’ll receive an email response within 24 hours of the submission from Texas Health & Human Services DFPS with instructions on how to sign up for fingerprinting through IdentoGo.


Fingerprinting with IdentoGo

  • The email response will have a link to set up a Fingerprinting appointment with IdentoGo.

  • IdentoGo conducts their fingerprinting appointments 2911 College Ave, Ste 101, Snyder, TX 79549

  • JETS pays the fingerprinting fee and will require you to send proof of your appointment confirmation and appointment cost.

    • You can submit proof by forwarding the email confirmation from IdentoGo to

  • On the day of fingerprinting, come to the JETS Admin office to pick up your check.

  • After the appointment, return the receipt to JETS.

Results and Hiring

  • Results normally take around 72 hours to come back to us. Once we’ve received the results Human Resources will reach out to you to confirm a hire date.
