This year 2022-2023 JETS Annual Training will be fulfilled through Texas A&M's Agrilife learning modules that can be found by clicking the button "Texas Annual Training" below.

How to enroll in CCEI ChildCare Education Institute

This year 2021-2022 JETS Annual Training will be done through the ChildCare Education Institute. 

The ChildCare Education Institute (CCEI) is partnered with the Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System (TECPDS) which is designed to help meet the professional development needs of those working in the Early Childhood Field.

Follow these instructions to ensure that you are registered with TECPDS before you begin you courses on CCEI.

  • Login or Sign Up for a free account on the TECPDS website

  • Navigate to CCEI website and register by clicking on the link below​

    • https://www.cceifame.com/oe_new/accountCheck.cfm?module=ccei&orderType=Ctr​

      • If this is your first time visiting this site, click NO, I need to set up an account.

      • If you have already registered for this site you may click YES.​

      • Clicking NO,  will bring up a form. ​

    • Fill out the form

      • Use your work email address as the trainings will be assigned to you by Laurie and Collyns through your work email address.

      • At the question: ARE YOU A MEMBER OF YOUR STATE REGISTRY?

        • CLICK YES​

        • Select Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System

        • Enter your 5 digit State Registry ID

      • Enter your Education Level & Current Occupation​

      • Answer - How Did You Hear About Us?

        • Referred By Employer.​

      • Submit​

  • Continue with registration, Login, Go to Homepage​​

  • Under: YOUR STEPS TO PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

    • Click, #3 - START LEARNING, to access courses assigned to you.​

Annual training will be assigned on the day of a persons hire date anniversary so that they can begin working on their 24 hours of required annual training. 

​

All JETS staff members are required to have between 30 and 40 hours of training. JETS HR will assign each staff member 24 hours of the minimum standards required training. The additional 6-16 hours of training a staff member must have will be up to each individual staff member to find and do to remain in compliance with training requirements.
